1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Supply govern all commercial quotations, purchase orders, equipment sales, fabrication, and turnkey installation contracts executed by Genesis Lab Solutions.
2. Lead Times & Installation
Casework is manufactured following approved engineering freeze. On-site commissioning is carried out with factory calibration validation.
3. Warranty Coverage
12-month comprehensive warranty coverage against metallurgy and manufacturing defects.
